    Was established as a Oregon Not-for-Profit to provide the most cost effective alternative to get youth certified to ride on public lands for Class I (Quads), Class III (Motorcycles) and Class IV (Side-by-Sides) endorsed to the minimum standards as established by the State of Oregon (OAR 736-004-0120).

    Our mission statement is to: Educate, Train, Endorse and Certify youth compliant with Oregon State Law in order to legally ride on Public Lands within the State of Oregon.

    To REGISTER for a Evaluation please complete the form from the link below and E-mail to:

    • In the Body of the E-Mail please indicate the LOCATION and DATE of your Evaluation
      • To Print a copy of the registration documents click on the link below:

    Registration and Minor Releases

    • To Complete Registration Form Electronically Please follow the directions below:
      • Go to Resources page and download the complete Registration Form with Form Fields:  Resources Page Web Link
      • Save to the desktop on your computer
      • Do not email minor release, ONLY REGISTRATION FORM.
        • This will confirm your registration in OORRA evaluation.
      • Bring completed minor release to evaluation with you.
      • Email completed registration form to:  OregonOffRoadRiders@OORRA.org

    Please PRINT a copy of your REGISTRATION FORM and MINOR RELEASE and bring with you to the Evaluation.  You can PAY the day of the Evaluation.
